Missing Body Parts in "Cindy" Bundle

Issue Description:

I am experiencing an issue with the “Cindy” bundle where the body parts are missing and it is impossible to wear them. This problem can be replicated by following the steps below.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Open the Roblox experience called “Catalog Avatar Creator”.
  2. Try wearing the “Cindy” bundle during the experience.
  3. Save the outfit as your new avatar.

Expected Behavior

When everything is working correctly, the “Cindy” bundle’s body parts should be visible and wearable without any issues. Users should be able to wear and save the bundle as their new outfit seamlessly.

Hi Juan,

Looking at this right now. We are unable to reproduce the issue. It works as expected for us.

We think the problem you’re having is that Skyler (which you have originally equipped) and Cindy have the same body parts, just diferent 2D Clothing and Hair. That’s why it unequips the body parts.

This could potentially be an issue with Catalog Avatar Creator, which we don’t have much control over, so you may have to reach out to them.

It mentions that you have 1 unpurchased item here. What is it?

Oddly, you can’t experience this. I have made a new account wearing the Man bundle with pal hair (the “Bacon Hair” outfit) and followed the same steps. To my surprise, it is still the same:

When it comes to the part of “Equip Avatar with Items” pop-up, it removes all of my body parts, clothes that I was wearing, and replaces them with others so my character doesn’t be naked.

The part where it says that I have 1 unpurchased item is pretty much the Cindy bundle:


Overall, I have to agree with you that there must be some backend problems with the experience. I will leave this little ping to the creator ( @ItsMuneeeb ) so they can be aware.
