I’ve encountered a major issue with distributing group funds and need some help.
Yesterday, when I attempted to distribute 330,000 Robux from my group, I received the following error:
“Unable to distribute funds, please refresh and verify your funds before trying again.”
I refreshed the page and verified the funds, but the Robux were gone from the group funds, and none of the recipients received their payments. The payment was not tracked in the group audit log.
When I tried distributing just 1 Robux to my own account about 10 minutes later, it worked, and that transaction was logged in the audit log.
I don’t have access to post this in the Bug Reports section, which is why I’m posting it here. I contacted Roblox Support about the issue, but they didn’t help and mentioned another unrelated issue instead.
