I hope you can assist me or redirect this message to the appropriate team. I’m experiencing an issue with group fund distribution. After attempting to distribute Robux to developers, I received an error message: “Unable to distribute funds, please refresh and verify your funds before trying again.” After refreshing, the Robux disappeared from the group funds, but the developers did not receive their payments.

Thanks for providing the group details. In order to further investigate, we would need the time, amount, and developer user id that require to be paid out. Upon checking from our side, the payouts in the last two weeks all seem to be successfully paid out.

The payment was made on October 2, around 2am-2:40am GMT+3. I tried to pay a total of 330,500 Robux, and when I clicked “Distribute,” I got the error, and the group funds just disappeared without any other information.
After 2:40am, I was able to distribute 1 Robux to my own account without any issues.
These are the following User IDs I tried to pay:
953374576 (85,500)
253451130 (240,000)
472827401 (1,000)

1569865336 (2,000)
