Missing textures when importing from roblox to blender?

So I wanted to make a new GFX on Christmas and imported my avatar from roblox to Blender in obg format but some texture have been missed. It was beard and hat.
Here how it looks like:

Can I fix it somehow?

This happens to me quite a lot, but instead with the skintones! I suggest exporting the character model again, with the same name, so it replaces it. This normally works for me!
I hope this helped :heartpulse:

You need to export the hats and skin texture seperately, because if you do it all together, the Texture of the hat will be missing.

PaintRigV3.blend (801.4 KB) Thats the rig you need for gfx, I recommend you follow this tutorial: How to make a Roblox GFX in the new Blender 2.8 / Exporting, Texturing, Lighting, HDRI tutorial, etc - YouTube
