Greetings! Mixiez is a small, local French Bakery, located in Paris 1956. We are a virtual coffee, pastry, and deli franchise which features local French food as well as other European pastries. Our kitchen staff, executives, and corporates work daily to prepare something unlike no other. We are the first and only virtual bakery wanting to stimulate a realistic environment hoping to change the Roblox role-play industry.
Introduction
This document is aimed to create a simple understanding of what we expect from our Kitchen Leaders, and Supervising Team as they progress to the next rank being, Bakery Manager. Once you have reached the rank of Bakery Manager, you are officially considered an MR, you not only must assist at the bakery with this position, but you must also assist in sessions, relations, and communications within our Community Server.
Supervising Team - Expectations
As a member of our Supervising Team, you are expected to assist any other kitchen staff, as well as supervise. Our MRs and Corporates look for members who at mature, kind, helpful to others, and lastly have leadership and courage. These characteristic are the key components of what an MR should be. As an ST, you must follow these four rules put in place, although you are not considered yet an MR, you must show that you can act like one. Our kitchen staff, including you, may dress however they want as long as what you are wearing is not homophobic, transphobic, discriminatory, racist, or degrading of any culture, religion, or difference from one another. Activity is a major role that plays in having the opportunity to be an MR. Not only do MRs remain active in the Bakery, they must also be active throughout the Community Server, and host and assist in sessions. Failure to remain active as an ST, degrades your chances of a promotion majorly. While we do not ask for you to work a 10 hour shift for 2 days, then go inactive for a week, we do ask you to remain active for shorter periods of time. This way, more admins will notice you, as well as you being able to maintain what we look for.
Supervising Team - Violations
As an ST, you are expected to follow the rules set before you, however, if you decide to break these rules, consequences may occur depending on the severity of the infraction. While we do not commonly demote many users, we do keep a log of what actions you have done. One of the worst things to do as an ST, or any kitchen staff rank is to ask for promotions, or inquie about how long you have worked. While you may think we do not notice activity, we do. We always have staff looking for staff to promote, mentioning activity, or asking for a promotion, degrades your chances of one. Going inactive for multiple weeks, months, or longer will also degrade you chances, we are looking for active staff who are willing to put their time into this position. While you will not be demoted for inactivity as a kitchens staff, it is still a key component to maintaining your chances of a promotion, no matter what rank. We also ask that our kitchen staff assist customers, while supervising is a key component as an ST, you are only asked to maintain this position when there are no MRs in the server, otherwise, we ask you to supervise inside the kitchen, or assist customers when needed such as when serving them.
