Mlinar - Inactivity Notices (SA+)

•Introduction•

It is expected of every admin at this cafe to remain active while at Mlinar. However, sometimes activity can be hindered by things out of your control, like a family vacation or personal issues. This is where inactivity notices come in. They’re little messages notifying the HRs that you’ll be inactive from Mlinar, and they allow you to not be active in our group - this means you don’t need to attend sessions or go to the cafe during the time period specified on the inactivity notice.

•What to include•

Your inactivity notice can be short and simple. There’s no specific layout for it but you have to specify two things:
-the reason for the inactivity notice, and
-the length of time you will be inactive.
That’s all you need! For example:
“Hi Marko (sunnyrainqs), my family is going on holiday next week, I’ll be inactive for two weeks, starting this Saturday”.
If the notice is for personal issues like a traumatic breakup, loss of a loved one or issues with family in general, you do not need to specify the reasons if you do not want to - you can just say it’s personal issues, that’s fine.

•Who do I send it to, and how?•

Send it to a HR - that’s Executive Assistant+. Don’t send it to a fellow MR.
Also, you need to send it on a Discord direct message to the HR. Don’t send it on any of the channels, like the staff lounge or middle rank chat. We might not see it and you risk being demoted for inactivity! It’s absolutely critical that you send it to a HR on Discord via DM. Don’t send it on ROBLOX PMs because again, we might not see it.

•Final note•

None of this applies to Customers, Trainees, Baristas, Senior Baristas or Head Baristas. Customers and workers do not need to take out inactivity notices - however, SA+ do need to, otherwise they may be demoted.
