Mobile premium purchase went to wrong account, can't cancel either

I own the following two accounts:

  1. alu - Roblox
  2. lulu - Roblox

I purchased Premium 450 on the first account on the website, and then attempted to purchase the same tier, logged onto the second account, on the mobile app.
I expected my 2nd account to receive the subscription, but instead it went to my 1st account again, which gave me 900 Robux total.

I already spent 450 Robux to transfer to my group, to then transfer to the second account.

I cannot cancel the subscription(s?) on my 1st account. Even though I already cancelled through the App Store, Roblox still thinks I have an active Apple subscription.

This blocks me from cancelling the one I purchased with card through the website, meaning I’m unable to cancel my subscription entirely.

I’ve already emailed support. Several times they’ve not understood that I literally cannot cancel my subscription.

This happened to me yesterday, I bought Premium using Apple Pay but it didn’t appear after purchase. Only to find out the next day that it went into my brother’s account for whatever reason while purchasing it in my account.
