Mobile site shows doesnt’t acknowledge you’re in a group

When I’m on a group page(of a group I’m in) I’m prompted to upgrade my BC membership “to join the group.” However, as you can see in the image, the website also shows that I’m already in the group (by showing my rank)

This happens for all of my groups that I’m in on the mobile site.

Really late response, but is this still happening? I’ll file a bug if that is the case!
