You should provide device and OS information, such as Android version, and architecture. Suspect this is due to your device not supporting arm64.
Model:
Xiaomi MI 9T pro.
Version of android:
11
Architecture:
64-bit ARMv8-A
It’s unlikely that the problem is with the device,
maybe your device is just too old and has lost support for the latest android / roblox versions.
i’m just saying this as i see that android 11 is not the latest version (by far), but your device’s max android version IS 11
maybe get a new device (come to the apple side ![]()
) or find some weird workaround.
Nope.

I use Xiaomi Redmi 9T with Android 12 aarch64. Reinstalling an app doesn’t get rid of this popup.
Potentially related to this Release Notes for 684 - #40 by computerph1_DEV (?)
Unclear at the moment.
Can reproduce on my mobile device.
Phone Model: Nothing Phone (3a) Pro
Processor: Qualcomm® Snapdragon 7s Gen 3
Architecture: ARMv8-A (64-bit)
Android Version: 15
Nothing OS: 3.2
Roblox App Version: 2.684.688
First occured: July 31st, 2025, 8PM CET
This also disallows me from joining certain experiences, getting kicked with a message stating my Roblox version is outdated.
I have also reproduced this issue on my laptop device, Surface Laptop 7 Elite, which also uses ARM-64 architecture.
Bumping as this is happening for me. Samsung Galaxy S24 SM-S921U, Android version 15.
I had this, it fixed by un installing re installing but it just appeared again just now
Samsung Galaxy a35 model name SM-A356U1 android 15
Someone I know had the same issue but on desktop! Tried reinstall the web and microsoft store version, deleting the %localappdata%/Roblox before each try.
At some point he was able to join public servers, but not private ones
Experiencing this issue as well.
Problem solved.
(At least for me)
It looks like something happened in the backend that the servers thought an outdated version was installed.
