RANK & ROLE DETAILS FOR #MOCHA.

I’m excited and glad to provide such a detailed guide regarding ranks in #Mocha.
I’ve also added a description of each role, which goes into detail about what they can and cannot do, which could be helpful for brand new HR’s.
It also goes into detail about what sort of admin they will receive and what stage their rank is, for example, which ranks are LR, MR, HR and SHR.
1 | Customer
Description: Anyone with this rank is a customer that should be treated with respect, they have the ability to order from the counter and will not have access to the kitchen.
Admin Level: None.
Rank Stage: None.
Rank Limit: Unlimited.
2 | Suspended
Description: People who have this role, are currently suspended from their rank and they cannot work at the café for a period of time. As a HR, you are responsible for ranking them back to their rank after the period of the suspension is over. Giving a suspension or not giving a suspension when needed, may result in a suspension for the HR.
Admin Level: None.
Rank Stage: None.
Rank Limit: Dependent.
V | VIP Customer
Description: These are very special people, who have made a positive impact to #Mocha or a resigned HR+. They are to be treated exceptionally with respect & curtsy.
Admin Level: None.
Rank Stage: None.
Note: These people may ask for admin, if they do, do NOT give them any sort of admin, if you do, you may be suspended.
Rank Limit: Dependent.
A | Alliance Partner
Description: These are people who are representing another group that we are affiliated with. Also known as an Alliance Representative. They are to be treated exceptionally with respect & curtsy.
Admin Level: None.
Rank Stage: None.
Note: These people may ask for admin, if they do, do NOT give them any sort of admin, if you do, you may be suspended.
Rank Limit: Dependent.
3 | Awaiting Training
Description: These people have passed an application & they have yet to attend a training to receive Junior Barista. They cannot work behind the counter, so if they ask, please advise them on what they have to do next.
Admin Level: None.
Rank Stage: None.
Rank Limit: Unlimited.
The ranks below are classed as Low Ranks, they may access the kitchen.
4 | Junior Barista
Description: These people have passed 1 training and are now allowed to work behind the counter. They may be rusty on recipes, so please help them out if you can.
Admin Level: None.
Rank Stage: Low Rank | LR.
Rank Limit: Unlimited.
5 | Barista
Description: These people have passed 2 trainings and have become more experienced and familiar with the kitchen. They may still need help with some recipes, please help if you can!
Admin Level: None.
Rank Stage: Low Rank | LR.
Rank Limit: Unlimited.
6 | Senior Barista
Description: These people have passed 3 trainings and have developed a lot of skills when it comes to using the kitchen. Will not require as much assistance when it comes to recipes.
Admin Level: None.
Rank Stage: Low Rank | LR.
Rank Limit: Unlimited.
7 | Advanced Barista
Description: These people have passed 4 trainings and have reached the last LR rank! They can no longer attend the training centre and must work at the cafe to be noticed and a chance of a promotion to MR.
Admin Level: None.
Rank Stage: Low Rank | LR.
Note: *These people may ask how to be promoted to MR, they can be promoted by reading the Intern guide and following the steps to get Intern. If they do not know where the guide is, direct them to it on the communications server.
Rank Limit: Unlimited.
The ranks below are classed as Middle Ranks. (MR)
8 | Intern
Description: These people have reached the 1st MR rank! They will now be able to train at trainings. They require a training guide and must be very professional to set a good example for LR’s.
Admin Level: Moderator Admin.
Rank Stage: Middle Rank | MR.
Rank Limit: 50.
9 | Senior Intern
Description: These people have reached the 2nd MR rank! They are more experienced with training and moderating the cafe. Will be picked to train if Interns aren’t available.
Admin Level: Moderator Admin.
Rank Stage: Middle Rank | MR.
Rank Limit: 30.
10 | Management Team
Description: These people have reached the 3rd MR rank! They are very experienced with training and moderating the cafe. They will be picked to train if Senior Interns or Interns aren’t available.
Admin Level: Moderator Admin.
Rank Stage: Middle Rank | MR.
11 | Supervising Team
Description: These people have reached the 4th MR rank! They will be picked to name if Senior Supervising Teams are not available. Will also train if there are no other Managements, Senior Interns or Interns available.
Admin Level: Moderator Admin.
Rank Stage: Middle Rank | MR.
Rank Limit: 20.
12 | Senior Supervising Team
Description: These people have reached the 5th and final MR rank! They will be always picked to name and will train very less likely if there are no other MR’s available. Can also host if necessary (second servers etc), they require a host guide.
Admin Level: Moderator Admin.
Rank Stage: Middle Rank | MR.
Note: These people may ask how to be promoted to HR, this will be an SHR’s job to promote to HR. NO ONE should be promoting MR to HR apart from SHR’s please! They must pass their HR trial, where they will be watched closely and seeing how they do with hosting sessions, organisation etc.
Rank Limit: 20.
13 | Bots
Description: This role is reserved for bots only. These bots help out the group such as our ranking bot etc.
Admin Level: None.
Rank Stage: None.
Rank Limit: Dependent.
The ranks below are classed as High Rank. (HR)
14 | Shift Leader
Description: These people have reached the 1st HR rank! They can now host shifts, trainings and can promote people within ONE month and the promotion is fair and agreed with the rest of the HR team.
Admin Level: Administrator Admin.
Rank Stage: High Rank | HR.
Rank Limit: 8.
15 | Operations Management
Description: These people have reached the 2nd HR rank! They are more experienced and familiar with the hosting system. Can help out and set an example for Shift Leaders.
Admin Level: Administrator Admin.
Rank Stage: High Rank | HR.
Rank Limit: 4.
The ranks below are classed as Senior High Ranks. (SHR)
- | Development Team
Description: These people will be building and scripting for #Mocha, the only people promoting to this rank should ONLY be by Malachy, no one else should be promoting, if this does happen, you could be suspended.
Admin Level: Super Administrator Admin.
Rank Stage: Senior High Rank | SHR.
Rank Limit: Dependent.
- | Executive Coordinator
Description: These people have now reached SHR! They are now in charge of HR’s and ensure that they are doing their job properly etc.
Admin Level: Super Administrator Admin.
Rank Stage: Senior High Rank | SHR.
Rank Limit: 4.
- | Vice Chairperson
Description: These people are the most trustworthy and the most loyal individuals that have been working at #Mocha. Getting to this stage takes time and dedication.
Admin Level: Super Administrator Admin.

Rank Limit: 2.
- | Chairman
Description: The owner of the company, which is xMalachy_y, this rank is only reserved for xMalachy_y. People cannot be promoted to this rank.
