Welcome

Welcome to Mochaió's official handbook! You will find all the information you need regarding the group. If you possess any questions or inquires, feel free to look at this handbook before asking one of our High Ranks or above.

Trolling at any of Mochaió’s facilities is strictly prohibited, doing so will result in a punishment.
Raiding, exploiting, major spamming, or any action that is considered a threat to operations is forbidden.
You must follow the Roblox Terms of Service at all times, as well as Discord’s Terms of Service.
LRs and above are required to utilize grammar at all times whilst being in Mochaió’s games, however, Discord is an exception.
LRs and above MUST wear the uniform whilst being at the cafe. MRs and above must wear the uniform at sessions at all times.
Advertising is not permitted at Mochaió, doing so will result in consequences.
Inappropriate behavior is not tolerated, which includes sexual harassment, posting NSFW pictures, etc.

Rank Information

Customer - The regular customer that visits the cafe for a drink from our wonderful baristas. They may apply through applications to advance to the next rank.
Suspended - Users that have been suspended temporarily from their rank.
Honoured Customer - This rank is given to those who have an impact on Mochaió, as well as former High Ranks or above.
Trainee - This rank is achievable by customers who pass applications, however, they are not a staff member yet. They must attend training to receive their official rank.
Junior Barista - The lowest LR rank, their job is to serve the customers at the cafe and ensure an amazing service.
Experienced Barista - The next LR rank, this rank is achievable by Junior Baristas by passing a training session. Their job is to serve the customers at the cafe and ensure an amazing service.
Senior Barista - The final LR rank, this rank is achievable by Experienced Baristas by passing a training session. They can be promoted to an MR rank if they put dedication and effort into their position. Their job is to serve the customers at the cafe and ensure an amazing service.
Staff Assistant - This is the first MR rank at Mochaió, they have shown enough dedication and activity to be promoted to this rank. Their job is to assist at training as well as host shifts at the cafe. They receive moderator commands at the cafe to ensure a safe and friendly environment.
Assistant Supervisor - This is the next MR rank at Mochaió, they have shown dedication and activity within their previous MR rank. Their job is to assist at training as well as host shifts at the cafe. They receive moderator commands at the cafe to ensure a safe and friendly environment.
Supervisor - This is the next MR rank at Mochaió, they have shown dedication and activity within their previous MR rank. They are eligible to train and assist at training sessions, as well as host shifts. They receive moderator commands at the cafe to ensure a safe and friendly environment.
Manager - This is the next MR rank at Mochaió, they have shown dedication and activity within their previous MR rank. They are now eligible to co-host at training sessions as well as watch over the cafe for any possible threats. They receive moderator commands at the cafe to ensure a safe and friendly environment.
General Manager - This is the final MR rank at Mochaió, they have shown dedication and activity within their previous MR rank. They are now eligible to host at training sessions, read applications, and watch over the cafe for any possible threats. Their job is to host, read applications, and watch over possible LRs to be promoted to MR, however, they cannot promote.
Developer - This rank is reserved for the Mochaió developers who have worked hard to ensure amazing builds and games.
Executive Assistant - This is the first HR rank at Mochaió, they have shown dedication, hard work, effort, and activity within ALL their previous MR ranks. They have many duties to ensure that Mochaió runs as smoothly as possible, they are in charge of promoting, hosting, ranking, reading applications, and more. They receive Administrator commands at all Mochaió’s games.
Executive Director - This is the next HR rank at Mochaió, they have shown dedication and activity within their previous HR rank. They have the same duties as the previous HR rank, they are also responsible for assisting Executive Assistants within their duties. They receive Administrator commands at all Mochaió’s games.
Administrative Assistant - This is the next HR rank at Mochaió, they have shown dedication and activity within their previous HR rank. They have the same duties as the previous HR rank, they are also responsible for assisting MRs and previous HR ranks within their duties. They are also responsible for reviewing and accepting alliance applications, as well as noticing possible HR promotions and passing them to an Administrative Director. They receive Administrator commands at all Mochaió’s games.
Administrative Director - This is the final HR rank at Mochaió, they have shown dedication and activity within their previous HR rank. They have the same duties as the previous HR rank, they are also responsible for assisting MRs and previous HR ranks within their duties. They are responsible for promoting possible new HRs from the Administrative Assistant’s recommendations. They receive Administrator commands at all Mochaió’s games.
Chief Executive Officer - This is the first SHR rank at Mochaió, they have shown dedication, hard work, effort, and activity within ALL their previous HR ranks. They are responsible for keeping the group running smoothly and efficiently, as well as assisting HRs with their duties. They receive Super Administrator commands at all Mochaió’s games.
Presidential Officer - The Highest achievable rank at Mochaió, they have shown great support and dedication within their time at Mochaió, and they have achieved the highest rank at Mochaió. They are responsible for running all of Mochaió’s operations and ensuring the best of the best for the group.
Vice President - This rank is reserved for the Vice President of Mochaió.
President - This rank is reserved for moodyqz, the founder of Mochaió.

Session Times

Sessions are hosted at the same times every day, we have a fixed schedule for training sessions.

Sessions can be found on our Session Schedule Trello board, and they are also announced on our Discord server.

Alliance Information

Mochaió is delighted to ally with new groups and is always open to any applications/opportunities. If you want to ally with Mochaió, you must follow the requirements mentioned below.

Your group MUST have over 100 members, however, exceptions can be made if deemed worthy.
Professionalism and organization must be present within our alliances.
Activity within our alliances is an important requirement, your group must keep an active community.
Activity between both alliances is important, communications must be present.
Must be drama-free and respectful to Mochaió as well as the community as a whole.

Of course, there can be exceptions depending on the group’s success. If you have met all the requirements mentioned, make a new Google Document and answer the questions below, then send it to an Administrative Assistant+.

LRs

Trainee - Junior Barista

To receive the Junior Barista rank, you must attend a training session as a trainee. You must gain the required amount of points to pass the training. Your job as a Junior Barista is to serve customers at the cafe and ensure an amazing service.

Junior Barista - Experienced Barista

To proceed to the next rank from Junior Barista, you must attend training and gain the required amount of points to pass the session. Your job as an Experienced Barista is to serve customers at the cafe and ensure an amazing service.

Experienced Barista - Senior Barista

To proceed to the next rank from Experienced Barista, you must attend a training session and gain ALL the points to pass the session. Your job as a Senior Barista is to serve customers at the cafe and ensure an amazing service. You will now be eligible for a promotion if deemed worthy.

MRs

Senior Barista - Staff Assistant

To be promoted to the first MR rank, you must put dedication and activity into your position. You will be noticed by a General Manager+ and possibly recommended to be promoted. If you’re ready, a High Rank or above will promote you to Staff Assistant!

Staff Assistant - Next MR Ranks

By dedication, activity, and hard work, you will rise in ranks until you reach the final MR rank. You will be noticed by a High Rank or above and possibly promoted to the next MR rank.

HRs

General Manager - Executive Assistant

You have put dedication, hard work, and activity into ALL of your previous MR ranks, and you have shown that you’re worthy of this position. You will be noticed by an Administrative Director+ and possibly promoted to your first HR rank.

Executive Assistant - Next HR Ranks

By dedication, activity, and hard work, you will rise in ranks until you reach the final HR rank. You will be noticed by an SHR and possibly promoted to the next HR rank.

SHRs

Administrative Director - Chief Executive Officer

You have shown dedication, hard work, effort, and activity within ALL your previous HR ranks, and proved worthy for this position. You will be noticed and promoted by the Presidential Officer to your first SHR rank.

Chief Executive Officer - Presidential Officer

You have shown great activity and support for the group, and have proved that you’re worthy to receive the final SHR rank. You will be noticed and possibly promoted by the Vice President or the President, you have shown that you’re the best of the best to hold this position.

Ban Appeals

Game ban

You may appeal your ban by joining our Discord server that will be located on the group’s page, and then opening a new ticket using the #create-a-ticket channel. If you do not have Discord, you may message a High Rank or above regarding your appeal.

Discord ban

You may appeal your Discord ban by message a High Rank or above through Discord or Roblox messages.

Blacklist

You must message an SHR to appeal your blacklist. Must show great remorse that you have learned from your mistakes.
