Regulations & Guidelines
At Mochiko we encourage all community members to follow general regulations & guidelines to maintain the integrity of our servers, & provide a safe environment to all.
- You must be respectful to all players, hate speech which encourages division is prohibited & will be subject to a permanent ban, with no option to appeal. Staff members & community members are advised to report these encounters to Roblox.
- Disruptive behavior such as trolling will be responded to with a singular reminder, & server ban.
- Exploiting is prohibited, in accordance with ROBLOX’s ToS. You will be permanently banned with no option of appealing. Staff & community members are also advised to report account of exploiters.
- Bypassing the chat filter is not allowed, also in accordance with ROBLOX’s Community Standards — you will be banned, with an option to appeal. Ultimately, staff members & community members are advised to report.
- Spamming within the chat will lead to a permanent ban, you will have the option to appeal this ban.
- Raiding the group in any specific form will result in a permanent un-appealable blacklist from our premises.
- Inappropriate behavior, clothing or actions are prohibited, you will be permanently banned for displaying inappropriate behavior or features — with the option to appeal. Staff members & community members are advised to report such behaviors.

Notable Customer
A former member of the Leadership Team of Mochiko is given this rank when they have resigned from their pervious rank. This rank is also given to the top donator.
Affiliate Representative
This rank is given to a representative from one of Mochiko’s alliances.
Low Ranks
Trainee
Any Customer is allowed to apply for the Trainee position using our Application Center. You will be ranked automatically, once you do pass the application.
Barista
The Barista title is earned when a Trainee has attended & passed a training session. This is the first Low Rank. They are now able to serve customers at the cafe, & are able to attend another training session.
Experienced Barista
The Experienced Barista title is earned when a Barista has attended & passed a training session. This is the second Low Rank, they are able to attend one more training session to be able to achieve Head Barista. Their duties remain the same as when they were a Barista.
Head Barista
The Head Barista title is earned when an Experienced Barista has attended & passed a training session. This is the third, & highest achievable Low Rank through trainings. To view the requirements to become an MR, you may view the “Promotion Requirements” section of this handbook. Additionally, their duties remain the same as when they were an Experienced Barista.
Middle Ranks
Employee Assistant
Employee Assistant is the first Middle Rank at Mochiko. You are accredited this rank by a promotion, or applying using an application. You’re now able to supervise, & attend sessions.
Supervisor
Supervisor is the second Middle Rank at Mochiko. You are accredited this rank by a promotion, your duties remain the same as Employee Assistant with the inclusion of being able to host sessions.
Assistant Manager
Assistant Manager is third Middle Rank at Mochiko. You are accredited this rank by a promotion, your duties remain same as Supervisor.
Manager
Manager is the fourth & last Middle Rank at Mochiko. You are accredited this rank by a promotion, your duties remain the same as Assistant Manager.
High Ranks
Chief Staff Officer
The first High Rank at Mochiko, Chief Staff Officer is achieved for continuous work as a Manager. They have been promoted by a Super Rank, & are allowed to participate within our departments!
Chief Operating Officer
The second High Rank at Mochiko, Chief Operating Officer is achieved for continuous work as a Chief Staff Officer. They have been promoted by a Super Rank, & duties remain equal to the previous rank.
Chief Executive Officer
The third High Rank at Mochiko, Chief Executive Officer is achieved for continuous work as a Chief Operating Officer. They have been promoted by a Super Rank, & duties remain equal to the previous rank.
Board of Directors
The fourth & last High Rank at Mochiko, Board of Directors is achieved for continuous work as a Chief Executive Officer. They have been promoted by a Super Rank, & are responsible for directing a department.
Super Ranks
Vice President
The first Super Rank at Mochiko is promoted by a President or the Chairman, whenever a vacancy is present. They are responsible for overseeing all operations within Mochiko.
President
The second Super Rank at Mochiko is promoted by the Chairman whenever a vacancy is present from Vice President. They are responsible for overseeing all operations within Mochiko.
Chairman
The last Super Rank & group owner position is unobtainable. The Chairman of the group oversees all operations.
Partnership Information + Application
Partnership Information
Mochiko is continuously looking to form partnerships with other groups. The Relations Team at Mochiko will be processing applications that meet a set of criteria. The criteria for a partnership application are listed below.
Criteria
- Must have an active community.
- Professional staff, with a good reputation.
- May not be a group affiliated with military role-play, trolling, etc.
- May not sell administrative ranks.
- Must have a minimum of 20 members, this is subject to change. Additionally, we’re not restricted to only allow 20+ members.

- What interested your group in creating a partnership with Mochiko?
- How will Mochiko be able to benefit from this partnership? How can Mochiko provide beneficial advantage to your group?
- What are some valuable characteristics in teamwork? How will we be able to continuously work alongside your group?

- How active is your group as of now, how many members are within your group?
- Are you in accordance to participate in events coordinated by Mochiko, & possibly integrate in them?
- Do you fully acknowledge that this alliance may be revoked, if you fail to meet the requirements in the leading future?
To submit this application, you must send the responses within a Google Doc that is viewable to whomever has the link. Additionally, you may send your application to a member of the Relations Team of Mochiko.

Mochiko is continuously employing & recruiting new Middle Ranks. To be able to achieve a Middle Rank you must be currently ranked as a Head Barista. You must also be in regulation of the following requirements:

Continuous Activity
You must be employed & actively working as a Head Barista+ for a minimum of 2 weeks. Your promotion is not guaranteed after the 2 weeks, but your hard work may have been noticed by an existing Middle Rank+ during this period of time. Your hard work, continuous activity & resilience is never unnoticed.

Professionalism
Professionalism is a required mandate whenever presenting yourself at Mochiko as a Barista in general. Head Barista’s must continue this mandate. Hinting in efforts to be noticed for a promotion is not allowed.

Enthusiasm
We’re looking forward to recruiting employees who are enthusiastic & determined with their position.

Spectating Sessions
Although spectating sessions does not increase your probability of moving onto the next rank, it is important for you to spectate sessions as a Head Barista if you are interested. This is to gain knowledge & experience.
Applications
Middle Rank applications are hosted whenever the Staffing Department is in need of new Middle Ranks. All Barista’s will be notified whenever there is a present vacancy.

How can I create a ticket?
To create a ticket, locate the #bot_commands channel in our server & use the “-ticket new (reason)” or “-ticket open (reason)” command. You’ll be redirected to a new channel.
How can I appeal my Discord, or in-game ROBLOX ban?
To submit an appeal for a Discord ban, you’ll have to create a support ticket within #bot_commands with the “-ticket new (reason)” command. You’ll be directed throughout the steps to appeal your ban.
To submit an appeal for an in-game ROBLOX permanent ban, you’ll have to create a support ticket within our Discord server in #bot_commands with the “-ticket new (reason)”. You’ll be directed throughout the steps to appeal your permanent ban.

How can I become a staff member?
Any existing member of Mochiko is eligible to become a staff member, there is no set limit for age unless you’re aspiring to become a Middle Rank.
To become a Middle Rank, you must be above 13+ years of age. This is in compliance to Discord’s ToS & ROBLOX’s safe chat restrictions. For further information regarding the promotions, you may reference yourself to Promotion Requirements.
When are training sessions hosted?
To view our session schedule, you may use our Session Schedule Trello board with the upcoming sessions. You will find information such as the participating host, & time.
How am I able to make a donation to Mochiko?
You are able to donate within our cafe, a donation wall will be present at spawn & within the cafe. Additionally, there will be tip jars at the registers which you may use to donate. All contributions are welcomed, & we appreciate all our supporters!
Am I able to help out at sessions as a Head Barista?
No, you are only allowed to spectate sessions to gain knowledge. You must remain silent & you must not intervene within the session. If you are talking, or being disruptive you will be dismissed.
Are there any rank limits?
Mochiko does not have any rank limits, the amount of people in each rank is up to the discretion of the Leadership Team.
What are the departments at Mochiko? What do they do?
The departments at Mochiko consist of, Relations, Staffing & Event Coordination. Below, you will find the description & operations of these departments.
Administration
The Administration Team/Department of Mochiko is responsible for moderating & conducting investigations. Moderators are recruited for this department to run moderation alongside Middle Ranks+. Any community member can join this department during an application period. They are also responsible for taking in appeals.
Relations
The Relations Team/Department of Mochiko is responsible for creating & establishing new alliances with different groups. They are also responsible for reading partnership request applications, along with accepting or declining them. Members within this department also have the ability to terminate, & blacklist alliances.
Staffing
The Staffing Team/Department of Mochiko is responsible for recruiting new staff members. They can recruit new staff members by, releasing applications or promoting current Head Barista’s. They’re able to take in staff reports, terminate & blacklist staff members.
Events
The Events Team/Department of Mochiko is responsible for moderating & coordinating Tapioca events. All present Middle Ranks are able to become a part of this department.
