hello, my friend & I’s game, got dmca’d yesterday. it was a pls donate modded, though we ensured that it was completely clear, and we still got dmca’d. we just want to know what information we’re supposed to enter in the support ticket. all help is much appreciated!
The title of your game suggests that it’s not false.

it was completely false, my friend has paid hundreds of thousands of robux to get everything remade.
You can’t make a modded version of an existing game without permission, that would be copyrighted
If I redraw the NIKE logo and then say “NIKE shoes you can try on without paying”, it would be infringing on NIKE. The same principle applies here. Whether or not it is the original, it shares the appearance and function of the original, which, in copyright law, means it is more or less an unauthorized copy, parody, or modified version.

If you are sure you are licensed to use all of the assets in your experience, you can submit a counter notice. See the DMCA guidelines as reference: DMCA guidelines | Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub
However, if you’re aware that you copied (stole) assets from the original game, do not submit this notice (as this would be perjury, which is a criminal charge). Accept the consequences of stealing content and move on.
hi guys! thanks for the replies, though we didn’t steal assets at all.
there’s other games who’ve had the same idea as us.
here as an example, they’re a pls donate modded, but they remade all the assets and the game is still up. so I don’t see the reason as to why ours can’t stay up.
