I’ve looked around for some fixes but couldn’t find any, pretty sure it’s caused by normals but I can’t solve it.

Try playing around with the shadow settings for the map and also the model shadows in properties.
Flip the face’s normal, that’s what fixed mine before.
It’s so strange! When the brightness is at 0 it looks normal, but when I set it to anything higher it goes back to being dark.

Tried it but it didn’t work. Maybe it’s something with blender’s shading?
Did you press “Shade Smooth” or “Shade Auto Smooth”?
Shade smooth causes very annoying things to happen, like exactly what you have going on
I clicked Shade Auto Smooth, I’ve tried it all.
