Model floats when I play a death animation

This rig has been rigged/animated in blender and the rigs before would work perfectly but these ones seem to float whenever it dies.

When it dies I have it play a death stance animation.

Whenever I play the game directly and use the same model and test the physics/collision it works as intended. It seems to be something with cloning the character when they die. Really weird.
