So i was trying to make a gfx render using blender for my game. And when i imported the model the decal/face become black and the mouth part is gone. Is there anyway i could fix this? i tried changing the blend mode from Opaque to Alpha blend it removed the black color but the decal is different. I also searched for solution but it doesn’t solve my issue.
Save face texture and export the face , go on blender put the face and go on « Uv editing » and put the texture
I dont know why but this doesn’t solve the issues. I tried changing the Blend mode to Alpha blend but it just make the face detail less like the black outline is gone and so the other part.
The alpha probably removed all the black including the outlines around the eyes and the mouth.
Go into the texture editor in Blender and see if you can try to distinguish the black mouth and eye outlines from the black alpha. If nothing appears to be wrong with the texture. You might have to play around with the nodes. I think all you would have to do is change the color of the alpha or use a background remover and make it transparent. Worst case scenario, use Blender to redraw the face.

yea didn’t work at all, at this point every transparent image i imported to blender become black. But i think the last option would be the best way for me to do
arent they black because of the alpha? Did you try lowering the opacity of the object to 0.2? That should get rid of the black
