Hello everyone,
While im sure there’s a ton of plugins already for this category, I thought I’d share my take on the whole “Model Transparency” thing.
This plugin (Github linked below, also my first time making a repo) takes all selected models, parts, folders (or otherwise), and turns all of the parts within them to your desired transparency.

This affects instances in game, and in studio.
Bonus: Has ctrl+z support, made through roblox widgets.
