Model Turns Grey When Touching An Avatar In Studio, How To Fix?

Hello Developers,

The Model I just inserted on an avatar turned slightly grey and lost all its colour,

its only on avatars and the fix is no where on the devforum.

Is it a studio bug ?, is it a bug with exporting the model ? what went wrong.

This is a piece of the model, when it touches an avatar it looses its colour, turns grey ?!

Check if the textures went through moderation.

Gone through okay, nothing wrong in that area.

I Dont know how to fix, i dont know if its even fixable.

it may be a studio bug that roblox needs to sort. im not sure.
