This gif shows me trying to move an object, but it wont move and it has an anchor logo, I unanchored it and then it started moving, is this a new feature or am I doing something wrong?

It is anchored. Unanchor it. You cannot move anchored objects.

I have worked in studio for a year, and I have been moving anchored objects for a long time, why is it doing it now??

This is a very simple fix, the anchor icon appears when you have constrains on, you can easily turn it off, by turning off constraints its in Home right under collisions.

Unanchoring the Model does not fix the solution, its just something that keeps the models locked in place when you test or Play in game, the Icon you see is related to Studio itself and anchor does not affect anything in studio unless you are playing the game.

Going off of what Celestial said, do you have collisions on? If so, you might have a piece that is slightly touching/inside the ground enough to make it not move. Try moving it up then back down so it is on top of the ground. Hope this helps.
