If you refer the person who ends up taking this project, you will get 15k after 1 week and 85k after 2 months (if Roblox raises the DevEx rate 
then you will only get up to the equivalent of 100*3.5=350 USD). This can be shared however you want, and you can refer yourself.

Currently just me (scripter):
- Portfolio
- Haven’t devved for >1 yr (focused on learning math mostly)
- Dropped all but 1 class at my college to focus 24/7 on devving B)
We will probably require at most 1 animator and 1 sfx+composer as part of the permanent team with you and me.
About Job
- Be an experienced 3d modeler w/ texturing skills, and you should be willing to learn and use Roblox Studio
- At one point you should have fallen in love with rotmg or you should fall in love w/ it now
- I am unsure of the specific style our game will have, and I’m making such a skeleton post now (early) in case there is someone who wants the highest influence on game outcome
