Model's faces break on import

After importing into roblox some model’s faces seem to break. Models in blender are perfectly fine

Is there any way to fix that?

Looks like a flipped normal issue. Try selecting your mesh in Blender and doing Mesh > Normals > Recalculate Outside (default keybinding is shift-N)

You can preview where normals will face before importing things by turning on backface culling in your view settings.
