Models not working for custom plugins

I have a custom plugin with a model inside, but when I save it, the model doesn’t appear to save. My plugin is a model, and the main script is directly parented to it, and the disappearing model (named “Lane”) is a child of the script. I can’t call it using script.Lane, and when I printed the script’s children it wasn’t there. I can’t find any solutions on the web, and I don’t know what could be causing this.

Never mind, I forgot about the self-destruct script I put in, because I didn’t realize it would run.
