Just one quick question,
I’ve imported a new rig into Studio, but for some reason, when I import the model, it’s Root Part is above the ground, like this.
I attempted to lower the model but this would lead to the Model Root being in the ground. This causes issues with animations and character movement. While I could either adjust the position of the Root Part and/or the HipHeight, those two options cause my model to be floating slightly off the ground.
Here is a picture of what I mean:
Here is how it looks in Blender:
Could it be possible that the issue is with how the rig is placed in Blender?
Thank you!
Move the mesh and armature down, then apply transform

How far down? I’d prefer if my mesh wasn’t through the ground in Blender, especially when I have an animation already set up.
I don’t understand how this can happen, I previously created a model and everything was fine? So I don’t know what’s going on here
The RootPart gets created at the scene origin of Blender, so I’d recommend moving the rig somewhere where the torso is as the center. I know animating them beforehand sucks, since I’m going through your same issue right now too.

I was able to fix it by moving the model’s feet slightly in the ground and applying transforms to the model, had to do some adjusting to the HipHeight, but the animations were still able to run fine. I’m not sure what your issue is, but I hope you can figure it out!! Thank you for your help, I appreciate it!!
