I have noticed, along with other creators, that it’s almost impossible to get your layered Clothing item restored even though there is nothing wrong with it.
When a layered clothing item is removed, they initially never give you a reason and always say:
“Unfortunately, we are unable to accept this submission ‘000000000’. The item you are appealing is unsuitable for the platform as it goes against our Community Standards: Misusing Roblox Systems.”
When you ask a bit further on why the item is removed, it says one of these two things:
“Your UGC item got moderated under Misusing Roblox Systems as it is not visible on the Avatar, which violates our community standards and is inappropriate for the platform.”
“The Asset you are appealing for moderated as Misusing Roblox System as it makes the Avatar legs invisible after applying on it, which violates our community standards and is inappropriate for the platform.”
(Could be any part of the body)
And when you show them evidence with screenshots of the Blender file showing that your item covers the inner cage and a screenshot of in-game where the item is clearly visible and covers the body, leg, or any other part of the body. They still claim that your item is not visible on the avatar or that a body part of the avatar becomes invisible after applying it.
It is also normal that the part of the avatar disappears when it’s covered by the layered clothing item. Every item of layered clothing has this that covers the avatar.
Expected behavior
What should be expected is that when you show them proof that the item is visible on the avatar or that the item fully covers the avatar around the body part, it should get your item restored.
