Moderated users are not able to send an appeal ticket while logged in

Reproduction steps:

1. Have access to a moderated account

2. Go to Support - Roblox

3. Try to file any request (usually moderation appeals)

4. Press "Submit’

Users who were banned/moderated are not able to use the support form while they’re logged into the the account that is currently sanctioned by the moderation.

Once you press “Submit” you’re momentarily sent to a ban page and your ticket is not created. This can lead to major misunderstandings between the Appeals team and community members

Expected behavior:

A message that notifies the user about the creation of a new ticket.

Actual behavior:

Moderated users can’t send any type of tickets while logged into the account. They’re immediately sent to the main ban page after trying to do so.
