I decided to report this as a bug because I believe it is a bug, it is hard to believe that it is something intentional. Yesterday, February 23, an asset (ID: 127285665310911) was deleted, which was the right arm that matches this left arm: Monochrome Glitch Effect Left Arm R6 [Animated] - Roblox. The reason for deleting this asset was Spam (Miscategorization).
The right arm was the same model but rotated 90 or 180 degrees (I don’t remember) so that the front part would look different, but this asset had a different attachment (Right Shoulder Attachment).
The worst thing is that I cannot appeal through the automatic appeal system because the asset did not appear in Violations & Appeals and Roblox Appeal Team has not been very helpful lately or they simply do not respond to me at all. I would be very grateful for your help in this matter and thank you in advance for your time.
Expected behavior
I think that moderation should check not only the category of the item (Shoulder Accessory) but also the attachment. After all, for example, one user would prefer a raven model on the left shoulder (because on the right shoulder this user would have a different item) and another user would prefer a raven on the right shoulder, uploading a raven model in 2 versions (for a left shoulder and for the right shoulder) is not spam, especially since Roblox makes it impossible to move the raven model from the left shoulder to the right shoulder and vice versa and that is why there are two separate attachments in Roblox Studio). I am terrified of the thought that my account could be deleted for such a reason when the Roblox Marketplace is full of inappropriate items that should be moderated but are not.
I received such a response from the Appeal Team, so it must be some kind of bug, unfortunately, when the AI moderation also went wrong in December, after receiving such a response from the Appeal Team, no one ever responded to me again, I will be very grateful for help in this matter.
Hi, I’m having the same issue with my UGC being deleted with reason of asset was Spam (Miscategorization). The violation didn’t appear in Violations & Appeals page either. I’m quite frustrated because this single item it’s pretty important for a Cyber Mecha set that a lot of Users are wearing. I do not want to reupload this item because I’m afraid it might get moderated for other reason. I’m a solo UGC dev, and this is the first time i came across AI moderation so please excuse my lack of understanding. (Item ID: 136429465139416). Thank you.

Is Roblox moderation working correctlly right now?
Our team’s UGC accessoried recently always moderated with the same reason as this topic.
Our team have experienced to publish more than 100 of UGC accessories, but cannnot upload these days. And more worse than that, account might be suspended by that.
I already send message to Moderation Team, but could you please check the status of it?

I also have the impression that AI moderation has gone a bit too crazy, it happened to me that assets that were recolors were deleted, and even assets that are offsale and I can’t archive them because 180 days have not passed. It’s starting to be very stressful, especially since the Appeal Team has been often not helpful lately, I often have the impression that they don’t even read the appeal content.
