Hello everyone! I am back again with something new, this time it is a modern cafe! I really like how it has turned out so far and proud of the building (i am using the exterior from a speed build). What do you think so far? I have not used and free models or anything to make this plus, I am going to sell this for maybe around 2-5k. Tell me some price suggestions if you want too because I am not really sure about the price so far.

Please don’t take this the wrong way, but I’m not feeling the cafe part of this.
Some things to add/change:

Add more different colors
-
Larger window frames
-
Get rid of the ledge separating the top and bottom windows

About the colors, most of these colors are not final. I will be doing some final edits to this as this will be a rough draft.
Oh, that’s great. I suggest keeping the grey, since your going for a modern cafe, but lose the blue and add more bright and vibrant colors.
The blue is just the sky by the way.
I added reflectance to it. It’s really dark gray or something
