A little question, what texture did you use for the house? If it is the case of Plastic, I would recommand replacing to SmoothPlastic
I like your house, simple but well made.
You should add some pictures for the paintings, make the light bulbs a little yellow with neon, add some books for the bookshelf in second floor and maybe make the windows just a little blue.
Overall this build is very cute, i like it 
I did that, and it definitely made a big difference.
The build does indeed look more smooth and modern.

I did just that, it looks amazing!
I was just too lazy to do that when ever I first made it.
Going back and adding it makes all the difference.
