Mokihana is a Hawaiian topical themed restaurant based in Hawaii. Our main aim is to provide our customers with an experience that sets us apart from any other restaurant environment through our customer service, diverse menu and immersive dining experience.

🌸 Rank Descriptions

Below you will find information about all of our rankings. Please go through the material mentioned below if you want to learn more about each rank or your individual rank.

Customer: This rank is given upon people who have joined our Roblox group and are considered official customers of our tea house. Guests, on the other hand, are also considered Customers.

Noted Customer: This position is given to retired former High Rank and Leadership Team members. Because of their greater rank inside our establishment, they are referred to as an honorable member on our platforms.

Awaiting Training: After completing the application in the Application Center, you will be assigned the job of ‘Trainee.’ Your responsibilities will include attending a training session in order to obtain an official Attendant rating, working behind the counters, and preparing wonderful dishes for our customers.

Junior Staff: Our team’s initial low-ranking (LR) member is known as this. Members of this job will be tasked with preparing meals and serving customers at our restaurant.

Senior Staff: This is our team’s second lowest ranking (LR). Members in this position will be responsible for preparing dishes and serving customers in our restaurant.

Master Staff This is the third and last low-ranking position. Just like the previous positions, members of this role will be required to prepare dishes for our customers, and are expected to remain professional at all times; as they are eligible to start their Management career.

Restaurant Assistant (30): This is our team’s first Middle Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.

Kitchen Supervisor (25): This is our team’s second Middle Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.

Assistant Manager (20): This is our team’s third Middle Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.

General Manager (10): This is our team’s fourth and final Middle Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server. Managers will also be put into a sub-department, which they must maintain activity and perform at an appropriate level.

Executive Board (12): This is the first Department role for our team. Members of this role will be assigned to either the Staffing or Relations Team, where they must complete their obligations on a regular basis to guarantee activity and devotion to their present position. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and a thorough understanding of Mokihana’s operations.

Managing Officer (4): This is the second Department role for our team, also known as the Co-Leads for their department. Members of this role will be either in the Staffing or Relations Team, depending on what department they chose to start within their career, where they must complete their obligations on a regular basis to guarantee activity and devotion to their present position. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and a thorough understanding of Mokihana’s operations.

Executive Director (2): This is the fourth and last department role for our team, also known as the Lead of their department. Members of this role will be assigned to either the Staffing or Relations Team, where they must complete their obligations on a regular basis to guarantee activity and devotion to their present position. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and a thorough understanding of Mokihana’s operations.

Development Team: Those allocated to this job are either commissioned or work full-time on Mokihana’s projects.

Vice President (2): This is our team’s first Leadership position. Members of this role are either a Staffing or Relations Team Overseer, which means they observe their given department to ensure everything runs smoothly. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and a thorough understanding of Mokihana’s operations.

President (1): This is our team’s second Leadership position. Members of this role are assisting the Leadership Team in operating Mokhana. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and a thorough understanding of Mokihana’s operations.

Co Owner (1): This is our team’s third Leadership position. Members of this role co-own the company, while also overseeing all of Mokihana’s operations (departments, staff team, community).

Owner (1): This is our team’s fourth and final Leadership position. Members of this role own the company, while also overseeing all of Mokihana’s operations (departments, staff team, community).

🏹 Session Information

Training sessions are hosted at the times below. Please make sure to join about 15 minutes before the training or before the session is full and or s-locked. Trainings are held every single day by our diligent team. If you are in need of assistance, ask in our communications server or simply notify us on the group wall.

🌺 Kitchen Leader Promotion Guide

This guide will provide necessary information for all Kitchen Leaders aiming to become an individual on the Management Team at Mokihana. Please understand regardless or not if you complete the suggested steps, you are never guaranteed a position. The following arrow points indicate important requirements that you must meet to be eligible for a promotion.

  • You must be age 13 or above.
  • Your Roblox account cannot possess safechat.
  • Your account must be over 90 days old on both Roblox and Discord.
  • You must have remained a Kitchen Leader for a minimum of 1 week.
  • You shouldn’t have any sort of poor standing reputation with Mokihana.

If you meet all of the listed materials above, congratulations, you meet qualifications for our Management Team! The following steps are the ones you should take in order to further achieve such roles.

  • Be active frequently in discussions.
  • Participate in events and group activities .
  • Display professionalism while shifting or working (use grammar if necessary).
  • Do not overwork yourself when working shifts. It is advised to do 30 minutes to an hour in each shift.

You will be contacted by a member of the Staffing Team if we believe you would benefit Mokihana. Asking or hinting towards receiving this promotion will result in the dismissal of your rank and/or ineligibility to become apart of our management team. 🤝 Partnership Information

Mokihana is proud of all of its affiliations. We strive to ensure that everyone feels at ease with our community and staff members. That being stated, we have a number of needs and expectations for our affiliates to meet on a regular basis in order to maintain a positive bond and an efficient cooperation. If you believe your community fulfills our criteria, please apply by completing the questions below and submitting them in a properly formatted document. Once completed, please direct message it to a member of the Relations Team, who will respond to your application’s status within 24-72 hours of submission.

:open_book: Expectations

  • A warning will be issued if there is any drama displayed on your platforms. However, if the drama is severe, we will be forced to withdraw as an alliance since we do not want any conflict to be exhibited.
  • Representatives on your behalf must maintain a professional demeanor throughout all of Mokihana’s platforms. If this is not the case, a punishment will be imposed on our behalf against our affiliation.
  • All of Mokihana’s events will be made public upon request. However, we will never ask you to publicize any employment opportunities. In this situation, your community should follow suit. If you request that we announce an application, we will deny since we do not do so.
  • Representative adjustments must be implemented right away. This implies that if you need to send in another representative because one is leaving/resigning from their post, you must do it as soon as possible.

:cherry_blossom: Requirements

  • Group must have 1,000 members (non-botted).
  • Communications server must contain 500 members (non-botted).
  • All of Mokihana’s events must be announced upon request.
  • Group must be a similar business within the industry (clothing, restaurant, cafe, etc).
  • Group must not have a history of free-ranking or selling ranks with administrative powers.
  • Community must have a stable activity rate.
  • Representatives must communicate frequently with hosted events, etc.
