Greetings, and welcome to the Mokihana Public Handbook! Here, you’ll locate valuable information such as requirement guides, code of conduct and other information onwards from that. We ask that if you have any questions or concerns, to please open a support ticket on our Discord Server.

Code of Conduct

To provide our customers with a smooth experience, this section will contain some of the basic conduct information that is highly moderated and things we expect people to refrain from doing.

General Respect

We ask that everyone is is being respectful to one another. This is straightforward and we shouldn’t have to ask you to be respectful. Anyone caught being disrespectful will result in an instant ban from our Discord Server.

Common Sense

Here at Mokihana, we are strong on common sense. We ask that members of staff and our other members always think about saying or doing something before doing it. We all love a bit of fun but we want to maintain a professional and joyful experience for everyone.

Trolling

Here at Mokihana, trolling is strictly prohibited throughout all forms of communications and gameplay experiences. Being reported for or caught trolling will result in instant action and you’ll be given a warning, continuing will result in a kick or ban depending on the circumstances.

Advertising

Here at Mokihana, we monitor advertising closely and is this strictly prohibited throughout games and our Discord Server. Taking part in this will result in instant action taken towards you. This is wrong and you shouldn’t be promoting your groups - services in other peoples groups, unless permitted to.

Spamming

This is strictly prohibited throughout all forms of communications linked to Mokihana. We have put in place moderation actions to prevent this from happening. Anyone caught spamming will be instantly banned from Mokihana.

Exploiting

Using exploits to troll player’s or alter other player’s experience is strictly prohibited. Using exploits to destroy or cause issues with our games will result in an instant blacklist from Mokihana. We do not allow this in any way shape or form.

Stealing

Using exploits or any form of virus to copy or steal and not limited to, scripts, clothing, meshes ect will result in an instant blacklist from Mokihana and a DMCA report against your account. All items used in the development of Mokihana belong to them by the creator of said item(s).

Rank Descriptions

To provide some insight on what each rank does throughout Mokihana, we’ve provided a brief description on what each role does for the group and what powers they can maintain throughout our Discord Server & Roblox Group.

Customer

This rank is given to those who are contributing towards the development of Mokihana. Mainly to developers who are doing part-time work for us, and this is determined by the Lead Developer.

Contractor

This rank is given to new members that have just joined the group. This role entails you to either roleplay as a customer or apply for a job and start working as a staff member!

Awaiting Training

This rank is given to those who have passed the application process which is open to customers. Now, they must attend a training to learn the basics and be able to serve customers.

Junior Staff

This rank is given to those have most fresh out of training and is now able to serve customers and cook orders. They must attend another training to rank up.

Senior Staff

This rank is given to those have completed their second training and has more experience then the Junior Staff members. This job also entails you to help help other staff members if they do not know how to do something.

Master Staff

This rank is given to those have completed their final training and is now the highest low rank within Mohkiana. This job now allows you to help others below you if they are stuck and also unlocks the ability to be recommended for a Management position,

Management Intern

This rank is given to those have either been recommended or passed Management applications. This job entails them to supervise and moderate the restaurant and attend training sessions to train the staff members.

Management Intern

This rank is given to those have either been recommended or passed Management applications. This job entails them to supervise and moderate the restaurant and attend training sessions to train the staff members.
