Gameplay

  • Why don’t my blocks place?

Slow Wi-Fi can cause delays in block placement. Since requests are handled on the server, a weak internet connection will take longer for the server to respond.

  • Why am I not awarded with my badge right away? (20 mins, 60 mins, and Biggest Fan)

Sometimes, server overload can delay badge awards, but don’t worry! We guarantee you’ll receive your badge eventually. Rejoining the game can sometimes help resolve the delay.

  • How can I get the 10K visits badge?

Unfortunately, the 10K visits badge is no longer obtainable. However, if you played before the game reached 10K visits, contact our Discord server and we’ll verify your eligibility and reward you with the corresponding perks.

Technical Issues

  • I’m experiencing lag. What can I do?

Try setting your graphics quality to “Automatic” or the lowest setting (usually “1”). If lag persists, your device might not meet the minimum requirements to run the game smoothly.

  • What happens if I accidentally purchase something?

While we’d love to assist with accidental purchases, transactions are handled directly through Roblox. Please contact Roblox support for any purchase inquiries.

Blocks and Building

  • I left and rejoined. My blocks are gone. Why?

To prevent lag, inappropriate building, and server overload, blocks disappear after 5 minutes of inactivity. However, rejoining during the 5-minute grace period will prevent your blocks from being deleted.

  • Somebody is building something inappropriate. How do I report them?

You can report inappropriate buildings by using the ‘Report User’ prompt found near the admin door. Additionally, you can report them by creating a ticket in our Discord Server. Remember, ample amount of proof increases the likelihood for the player to be banned.
