  • [RULE 1] → Presentation:
As an employee, you are a reflection of our brand. Customers will associate their experience at Molte with the impression you create, making your presentation a vital part of our success. We encourage you to take pride in your role and strive for excellence within our organization.
    • A professional appearance fosters a respectful and organized work environment, setting the tone for teamwork, motivation, and mutual respect among colleagues.
    • By upholding a high standard of presentation, you not only represent yourself but also contribute significantly to the overall success and reputation of Molte.
  • [RULE 2] → Grammar:
Employees at Molte have a choice to utilize grammar in their interactions. If you decide not to use grammar, we encourage you to at least make your sentences legible so that customers and other employees can understand what you’re saying. However, members of management must utilize grammar at all Molte location(s).

  • [RULE 3] → Dress Code:
Employees cannot wear any accessory or hat that is extremely large and obstructive, or accessories that fracture any of the outlined Code of Conduct rules above. All employees on-shift are expected to be in uniform. Employees off-shift can choose to change into something more comfortable, but should adhere to General Rule 4.

  • [RULE 4] → Behavior and Attitude:
It is expected of you, as an employee, to behave in a decent manner that any reasonable person would act in at all of our location(s). When working behind the counter, serving customers should be at the forefront of your mind, therefore they should be served in a professional manner. Any action your account takes regardless of who was using the account are the account holder’s responsibilities; excuses are not deemed valid.

  • [RULE 5] → Promotions & Career Advancement:
Molte prides itself in working closely with its teams to uplift and incorporate all walks of life and perspectives into our management structure. We believe that when your time is right, you will be granted the opportunity to work closely with us as a member of our management team. In the mean time, do not hint or obsess over promotions, as that is not why we operate. Focus on providing excellent service and remaining active. We prefer to see consistent and healthy activity if you plan on working as a manager.

  • [RULE 6] → Employment Requirements:
Team Lead’s, members of management or anyone looking to advance into the management structure must communicate with our community via Discord. This is a non-negotiable requirement, as we need to keep in touch on a day-to-day basis.

:fork_and_knife: Thank you for reading the Code of Conduct at Molte. We hope that it provides valuable insight for what is permitted, and what is frowned upon. Fractures of the Code of Conduct are dealt with case-by-case, so punishment may vary on severity.

Best Regards, endotonix.
