LOW RANKS:

  • CUSTOMER: Orders drinks and food at the bistro.
    RANK LIMIT: N/A

  • NOTED CUSTOMER: Title given to alliance members that join Moltè.
    RANK LIMIT: N/A


EMPLOYED RANKS:

  • TRAINEE: Employee In-Training. Cannot enter the kitchen must attend a training session at the Moltè Hub and pass for granted access behind the kitchen.
    RANK LIMIT: N/A

  • JUNIOR BISTRO EMPLOYEE: Junior Level Employee. Has passed a training session at the Moltè Hub. Must attend and successfully pass another training to become a senior level employee.
    RANK LIMIT: N/A

  • SENIOR BISTRO EMPLOYEE: Senior Level Employee. Has passed two training sessions at the Moltè Hub. Must attend and successfully pass another training to become a head level employee.
    RANK LIMIT: N/A

  • HEAD BISTRO EMPLOYEE: Head Level Employee. Has passed three training sessions at the Moltè Hub. Must be active, hard working and uphold all Moltè standards in order to become eligible for an Internship.

MEDIUM RANKS: FRONT LINE MANAGEMENT:

  • BISTRO INTERN:
    LIMIT: 25
    ⟶ Bistro Interns work at the front line of restaurant operation and assist all management levels in their operations, and assist employees in the kitchen.
    ⟶ Bistro Interns do not have access to moderator or administrator commands, and are tasked with assisting employees in recipes and operation behind the kitchen. If a problem arises, they can attempt to resolve it vocally.
    ⟶ Cannot interview at the Moltè Hub, but are encouraged to supervise operations.
    ⟶ Cannot train at the Moltè Hub, but are encouraged to supervise operations.

  • TRAINING ASSISTANT:
    LIMIT: 20
    ⟶ Training Assistants work at the front line of restaurant operation and assist all management levels in their operations, and assist employees in the kitchen.
    ⟶ Training Assistants do not have access to moderator or administrator commands, and are tasked with assisting employees in recipes and during training sessions. If a problem arises, they can attempt to resolve it vocally.
    ⟶ Cannot interview at the Moltè Hub, but are encouraged to supervise operations.
    ⟶ Cannot lead a training session at the Moltè Hub, but can shadow a trainer and learn the process of training from first hand experience.

  • RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR:
    LIMIT: 20
    ⟶ Restaurant Supervisors lead the front line management operations, and assist all management levels below them in their operations, and assist employees in the kitchen.
    ⟶ Restaurant Supervisors have access to moderator commands, and are tasked with monitoring the restaurant for customers violating the community rules. Offenders are to be dealt with using the warning system.
    ⟶ Cannot lead an interview session at the Moltè Hub, but can interview potential candidates once they have shadowed a manager or higher ranked staff member.
    ⟶ Cannot lead a training session at the Moltè Hub, but can co-lead a training group; advanced description of this can be found in the Hub Procedures topic.


MEDIUM RANKS: MIDDLE MANAGEMENT:

  • CORPORATE MANAGEMENT:
    LIMIT: 15
    ⟶ Corporate Management works in the middle management level of restaurant operation, and are tasked with ensuring employees are on task and always productive.
    ⟶ Corporate Management members have access to moderator commands, and are tasked with monitoring the restaurant for customers violating community rules. Offenders are to be dealt with using the warning system.
    ⟶ Is permitted to fire employment level members who don’t follow the community rules or staff guidelines. Use the #demotion-logs to log them.
    ⟶ Cannot lead an interview session at the Moltè Hub, but can interview potential candidates once they have shadowed a manager or higher ranked staff member.
    ⟶ Cannot lead a training session at the Moltè Hub, but can co-lead or lead a training group; advanced description of this can be found in the Hub Procedures topic.

  • CORPORATE LEAD:
    LIMIT: 1
    ⟶ The Corporate Lead works in the middle management level of restaurant operation, is tasked with managing all management levels below them, and maintains organization and productivity among the management levels.
    ⟶ The Corporate Lead has access to moderator commands, and are tasked with monitoring the restaurant for customers violating community rules. Offenders are to be dealt with using the warning system.
    ⟶ Is permitted to suspend management employees and fire employment level members below them that don’t follow the community rules or staff guidelines. Use the #demotion-logs to log them. Cannot terminate a management level employee below them without consulting a Senior Management member.
    ⟶ Is permitted to start sessions using #session-notices. This includes interviews, trainings and restaurant sessions. The Corporate Lead must’ve shadowed/co-hosted these activities before they can host one by themselves.
    ⟶ Can lead an interview session at the Moltè Hub, and can interview potential candidates. Must also permit other levels of management to shadow them.
    ⟶ Can lead a training session at the Moltè Hub, and must permit other levels of management to shadow them. Remember, teaching them is important!

    • MUST:
      ⟶ Host 4 sessions minimum at the Moltè Hub per week.
      ⟶ Host 2 sessions minimum at the Moltè restaurant per week.
  • PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER:
    LIMIT: 5
    ⟶ Public Relations Officers work within the middle management level, oversee all alliances with other companies, oversee alliance applications, and are responsible for maintaining positive relations with other groups.
    ⟶ Public Relations Officers have access to administrator commands, and are tasked with monitoring the restaurant for customers violating community rules. Offenders are to be dealt with using the warning system.
    ⟶ Is permitted to suspend management employees and fire employment level members below them that don’t follow the community rules or staff guidelines. Use the #demotion-logs to log them. Cannot terminate a management level employee below them without consulting a Senior Management member.
    ⟶ Is permitted to start sessions using the #session-notices. This includes interviews, trainings and restaurant sessions. Public Relations Officers must’ve co-hosted these activities before they can host one by themselves.
    ⟶ Must be available to attend other groups functions and activities; also use the #ally-announcements to announce alliance partnerships and their events.
    ⟶ Can lead an interview session at the Moltè Hub, and can interview potential candidates. Must also permit other levels of management to shadow them.
    ⟶ Can lead a training session at the Moltè Hub, and must permit other levels of management to shadow them. Remember, teaching them is important!

    • MUST:
      ⟶ Host 2 sessions minimum at the Moltè Hub per week.
      ⟶ Host 2 sessions minimum at the Moltè restaurant per week.
  • EMPLOYMENT DIRECTOR:
    LIMIT: 6
    ⟶ Employment Directors lead the middle management level operations, and assist all management levels below them in their operations; supervise and perform the ranking at all events; recommend those for promotion, or demote those that were fired.
    ⟶ Employment Directors have access to administrator commands, and are tasked with monitoring the restaurant for customers violating community rules. Offenders are to be dealt with using the warning system.
    ⟶ Is permitted to suspend management employees and fire employment level members below them that don’t follow the community rules or staff guidelines. Use the #demotion-logs to log them. Cannot terminate a management level employee below them without consulting a Senior Management member.
    ⟶ Employment Directors maintain proper ranking procedure at events, and are responsible for ranking passers of interviews and trainings, and are responsible for demoting employment level employees that were fired by another management member.
    ⟶ Is permitted to start sessions using the #session-notices. This includes interviews, trainings and restaurant sessions. Public Relations Officers must’ve co-hosted these activities before they can host one by themselves.
    ⟶ Can lead an interview session at the Moltè Hub, and can interview potential candidates. Must also permit other levels of management to shadow them.
    ⟶ Can lead a training session at the Moltè Hub, and must permit other levels of management to shadow them. Remember, teaching them is important!

    • MUST:

HIGH RANKS: SENIOR MANAGEMENT:

  • HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR:
    LIMIT: 5
    ⟶ Human Resource Coordinators work in the senior management level of restaurant operation, and are tasked with ensuring the productivity and efficiency among the various management departments.
    ⟶ Human Resource Coordinators have access to administrator commands, and are tasked with monitoring the restaurant for customers violating community rules. Offenders are to be dealt with using the warning system.
    ⟶ Is permitted to terminate management employees and fire employment level members below them that don’t follow the community rules or staff guidelines. Use the #demotion-logs to log both employment and management terminations.
    ⟶ Are entrusted with maintaining the proper coordination of sessions at Molte, and making sure management members are following proper procedure while hosting events. Coordinators are permitted to rank alongside Employment Directors.
    ⟶ Are entrusted with coordinating all training and interview schedules, and making sure hosts, co-hosts and supervisors are found for these events.
    ⟶ Can lead an interview session at the Moltè Hub, and can interview potential candidates. Must also permit other levels of management to shadow them.
    ⟶ Can lead a training session at the Moltè Hub, and must permit other levels of management to shadow them. Remember, teaching them is important!

    • MUST:
      ⟶ Host 5 sessions minimum at the Moltè Hub per week.
      ⟶ Host 4 sessions minimum at the Moltè restaurant per week.
  • EXECUTIVE OFFICER:
    LIMIT: 3
    ⟶ Executive Officers work at the top of the senior management level of restaurant operation, are vital for the successful execution of sessions and the group itself. They are also tasked with managing management employees below them, and inform Moltè’s vice presidency of any problems in the senior management level.
    ⟶ Executive Officers have access to administrator commands, and are tasked with monitoring the restaurant for customers violating community rules. Offenders are to be dealt with using the warning system.
    ⟶ Entrusted with making sure the right people are brought into the management department, and entrusted with monitoring the activities of other senior members.
    ⟶ Is permitted to terminate management employees and fire employment level members below them that don’t follow the community rules or staff guidelines. Use the #demotion-logs to log both employment and management terminations.
    ⟶ Can lead an interview session at the Moltè Hub, and can interview potential candidates. Must also permit other levels of management to shadow them. Executive Officers should also take time to personally train members of middle management and senior management if they are having problems hosting events.
    ⟶ Can lead a training session at the Moltè Hub, and must permit other levels of management to shadow them. Remember, teaching them is important!

    • MUST:
      ⟶ Host 4 sessions minimum at the Moltè Hub per week.
      ⟶ Host 4 sessions minimum at the Moltè restaurant per week.
  • SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT:
    LIMIT: 2
    ⟶ Senior Vice Presidents lead the senior management level operations, and assist all management levels below them in their operations; supervise events, assist in performing ranking at events, and many other things at Moltè.
    ⟶ Is permitted to terminate management employees and fire employment level members below them that don’t follow the community rules or staff guidelines. Use the #demotion-logs to log both employment and management terminations.
    ⟶ Encouraged to ensure maximum productivity and performance from all management departments, and encouraged to ensure that all management members are following guidelines, training and interviewing properly and following formats outlined in the communications hub.

  • EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT:
    LIMIT: 1
    ⟶ Executive Vice Presidents lead the senior management level operations, and assist all management levels below them in their operations; supervise events, assist in performing ranking at events, and many other things at Moltè.
    ⟶ Is permitted to terminate management employees and fire employment level members below them that don’t follow the community rules or staff guidelines. Use the #demotion-logs to log both employment and management terminations.

  • PRESIDENT:
    LIMIT: 1
    ⟶ Reserved for the owner of Molte.

All employment and management positions are not permanent; any role can be taken away or removed from you at any time for violation of ROBLOX Terms of Service or of Moltè’s Community Rules. You cannot buy any ranks at Moltè.
