Monaco Bakery is an innovative, modern French bakery that takes great delight in both its delicious treats and excellent atmosphere. Monaco Bakery was founded in 2023 by Crytuls. Our bakery is located in Monaco, a tiny nation where you can see the Mediterranean Sea and gorgeous beaches. The highest level of customer care and service will always be offered at Monaco Bakery, a welcoming space for everybody. Code of Conduct
Introduction
To provide our customers with satisfactory service, we require that every community member act diligently and appropriately, regardless of rank. To assure that our community members will act responsibly, we enforce guidelines for all individuals to follow. Failure to follow the Code of Conduct while in Monaco Bakery’s establishments may be subject to consequences with moderation.
Maturity
All members are expected to conduct themselves with maturity and respect while on our premises. Monaco Bakery is proud to host a diverse community, and we aim to foster an environment where everyone feels valued and treated fairly. Your actions are your responsibility. Disregarding these standards will lead to consequences: one verbal warning for the first offense, followed by removal from the server if behavior does not improve. Staff members will receive one verbal warning, with continued misconduct resulting in demotion.
Attire
To keep our community graphically safe, we require that all members dress appropriately on our premises. If you are caught breaking our dress code, you will be dealt with accordingly. Failure to comply will result in one warning, then a demotion if the issue persists. The following attire is prohibited while on our premises.
- Graphic/Inappropriate T-Shirts
- Transparent & See-Through Clothing (Fishnet, Plastic, ETC.)
- Excessive Skin (e.g. Large Midriff, Fully Bare)
- Torsos may not Contain any Hair, Excluding Extensions.
- Beachwear/Intimate wear (Bras, Bikinis, Lingerie, Swim Trunks, Underwear)
- Clothing that Resembles “Troll Clothing”
Respect
Respect is a core value at Monaco Bakery. Whether you’re interacting in our Bakery, Training Center, or Communications Server, you are expected to treat everyone with courtesy. This includes not only respecting other individuals but also our guidelines, property, and values. Any form of disrespect will lead to strict disciplinary action.
Advertising
Advertising is strictly prohibited across all Monaco Bakery platforms, including the communications server, games, and group wall. Any attempt to promote external content or groups will result in an immediate ban.
Exploiting
Exploiting is not tolerated under any circumstances. Using lag switches, glitches, or other forms of abuse to gain unfair advantages, harass others, or access restricted areas will result in an instant ban from our server and games.
Trolling
Trolling, in any form, is not tolerated at Monaco Bakery. This includes behavior intended to provoke, annoy, disrupt, or create unnecessary conflict within our community. Whether it’s through chat, actions, or avatars, any attempt to derail the experience for others will result in disciplinary action. The severity of the consequence will depend on the nature and impact of the behavior.
Roblox Community Guidelines
We ask that you abide by Roblox’s Terms of Service and Community Rules. Any violations of any of the guidelines listed will lead to consequences issued not only at Monaco Bakery but to your Roblox account. We must maintain a safe and respectful environment for all players to enjoy.
Alliance Guide
Introduction
Any group seeking to establish an affiliation with Monaco Bakery must meet the requirements outlined by our Relations Department. These criteria ensure that all partnerships are meaningful, professional, and mutually beneficial. Applications that do not meet our standards will be automatically declined. While rare, exceptions may be granted under special circumstances at the discretion of our team.
Affiliate Requirements
- A minimum of 1,000 non-botted members in their Roblox group.
- A minimum of 700 non-botted members in their Discord server.
- A positive reputation within the industry and a demonstrated commitment to professionalism.
- The group must not be a blatant copy of any existing or well-established company.
- Proven growth and consistent activity across both the Roblox and Discord platforms.
If your group does not meet the listed requirements, your application will be declined unless an exception is granted at our discretion. Groups that meet all criteria may submit a formal application document to a member of our Public Relations Department. Please ensure your application is professionally written and properly formatted; submissions without a formal document will be automatically declined. Review times may take up to 1–2 weeks. For any questions or concerns, feel free to contact a Public Relations representative.
Application
If a group has met all of the necessary criteria, they may submit an application responding to all of the questions below in an essay-style response. This application must be submitted to a member of the relations department with an accessible Google document link.

Affiliation Agreement
- Monaco Bakery seeks alliances that will last extensive periods of time. Therefore, applicant groups must adhere to the agreement we’ve put in place for our partners. All affiliates must agree to allow our group to operate as the Leadership Team sees fit, without inappropriate interference or judgment from third parties. Affiliates must support one another and foster a positive, strong relationship. This includes open communication and engagement from both the partner community and ours. Any action that directly opposes this agreement will result in an immediate termination of the partnership between said group and Monaco Bakery.

Session Times
Introduction
Training sessions play a vital role in ranking up at Monaco Bakery and are held multiple times each day by members of our Management Team and, occasionally, our Corporate Team. These sessions are exclusively available to Trainees. If you miss a session, there’s no need to worry as additional sessions are hosted throughout the day. You can find the session times in the Training Center’s description and in the list below.

Promotion Tips
Training Session Tips
- It’s recommended you join at least 25 minutes before the session commencement.
- To rank up, you will need to visit our Job Center and get the rank Trainee if you haven’t already!
- Recommended to use proper minimum grammar, conventions, and punctuation throughout the sessions.
Tips for Advancing to Management
Monaco Bakery is always seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals at the Master Chef+ level to join our Management Team. If you’re aiming to be considered for a promotion, please ensure you meet the following criteria:
- Must hold the Master Chef or Kitchen Star rank
- Be 13 years of age or older and not restricted by Safechat
- Must be verified and an active member of our Discord server
- Have a minimum of 10 days of work experience at Monaco Bakery
- Demonstrate a consistent and reliable activity pattern
- Maintain a clean record with Monaco Bakery
If you would like to secure a spot on our Management Team, you must maintain a consistent activity pattern. We recommend that you shift for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour each day. We look for how consistent you are throughout multiple days, not by how long you’ve spent in our bakery entirely. The more consistent you are, the higher your chances of being noticed.
Ban Appeals
Introduction
If you have been banned from our game or Discord server, you can submit an appeal. Please refer to the requirements and the format below to submit your appeal. If you have any questions or need assistance regarding your ban, don’t hesitate to contact a COO+ member.
Requirements:
- You must wait at least one week before submitting a ban appeal.
- Appeals containing any form of disrespect will be automatically denied.
- If your appeal is denied, you may submit a new one after an additional week.
Ban Appeal Questions:
- What is your ROBLOX username and Discord ID?
- What led to your restriction or ban from the game and/or Discord?
- Why do you believe your ban should be lifted?
We kindly ask for your patience while your ban appeal is being reviewed. Once a final decision has been made, we will notify you as soon as possible.
