Money page leads up to 404 error

Don’t know when this started happening, but if you look at your sidebar on the website and click “Money”. It will result in a 404 error page rather than doing its intended purpose.

I noticed this a few hours ago too.
Not really sure why it’s happening.

It happens to me too ;-;

Maybe because of that add-on called Better Roblox, that’s why it’s happening

Now happwning with me, and I have no google chrome add ons.

Can confirm, this is also happening to me.

A temporarily solution will be to click the amount of Robux you have to get to the money page: image

Cannot reproduce, do you have any Roblox browser extensions? If so, if you disable it, does it resolve?

Hey there! Just wanted to comment this for more clarification!

The original money page domain (Roblox) has been completely removed from Roblox for 3 reasons:

  1. aspx pages are no longer being used due to Roblox not utilizing it anymore in favor of their newer website.
  2. The page featured older UI (much like the create page and library on site), which is not favored by Roblox anymore, and is being replaced by the new modern UI.
  3. Roblox has already created a new transaction page which features the modern website UI, so they decided to straight up remove the old page.

Sorry for the issue! You can view the new transaction page by clicking on the Robux button on the right corner as seen here:

Next, you will need to click on it and it will open a speech bubble that looks something like this:

Please click on the button in the menu that displays how much Robux your account currently owns. It will redirect you to the brand new transaction page.

Alternatively, please go to roblox.com/transactions if you prefer to do so.

There is currently no way to fix it, but assuming you are using a popular extension (eg. BTRoblox or Roblox+), the owner of said extension will probably add a redirect to the new transactions page when you click the “Money” button on the sidebar. For now, these 2 options will be enough.

Whenever reporting a website issue, you should turn off your extensions first and see if it still reproduces, before posting it to #bug-reports:website-bugs.
