Monthly Game Stats Data stuck in "Generating" state for 48+ hours

Reproduction Steps
Go to the data Export tab for a game and try to generate September 2021 Monthly Experience Stats Data.

Expected Behavior
Expected that the xlsx file would be available to download within 10 minutes, as per usual.

Actual Behavior
The xlsx gets stuck generating and never shows an error status. This is occuring for 3 games owned by Playmake that I tried to generate data for at the same time a few days ago.

I have a similar issue and as I am unable to create bug reports, I’ll put it here on the off chance.

The “Download Monthly Game Stats Data” has no options on the month drop-down.

Reproduction Steps
Data export tab for game, no options on the monthly game stats dropdown (there is still options on the revenue data one)

Expected Behaviour
Ability to download experience data

Actual Behaviour
No option to download data.

It is possible the issue is due to the game having insufficient visits, but if this is the case surely it should state this on the website?
It is occurring on all my games including on some with 80k+ visits.

I think you only get these reports after you have a sale in your game? If your game is not monetized, you could buy one of your DevProducts yourself.

The revenue data one works fine, it’s the “experience stats” formerly game stats that isn’t working.
And regardless the game is monetised.

You can only generate per-month game stats if your game is decently popular, which is most likely at least 100+ concurrent users and X million visits in a month or two. I’m 100% in the wrong.

I just started having this problem some days ago for August 2021. Can you please look into it again?
