Moon Animator 2 arms not rotating/moving

Whenever I try moving the arms of a rig in Moon Animator 2, the gui says they are moving, but they are not. Quick clip:

Its probably anchored, try unanchoring it.

I checked, they are not anchored.

are those attachments on the arms or…
because most of the time this is caused by horrible rigging, or it’s welded

You really need to check the workspace and what item or object is the parent of the weld for those arms
