The scripts I added in Moon Animator will not be saved

Convert your video files, please.
If I am right in assuming that you’re talking about animation events, then the only workaround I know about is to convert your rig file to a moon file.
I have uploaded the MP4 video and found that I did not generate a Moon Animator file after saving it. Even if I create a new animation and save it, the Moon Files column is still empty.
Are you using the free version from before it became a plugin you have to purchase?
If so, you wont be able to update Moon Animator and that means it could break due to lack of updates.
If you do have the new version i recommend checking for updates just in case.
I have been using this plugin all along, and I installed it when it was free, but it did not prompt me to pay. It seems to have been updated to the latest version
Hmm, the plugin was updated recently so its not possible that Roblox restricted access to updating the plugin, you might just have to wait until Moon Animator is due for an update. Or maybe uninstalling and re-installing, but i don’t know if you will have to pay to reinstall.
Perhaps it’s a problem with the latest update. Many developers are unable to use it, but some developers can still use it. Uninstalling and reinstalling still have the same issue.
In that case you will probably have to wait for Moon Animator to update. 
While your waiting, you could use plugins like Blender Animations
or just use the default Roblox Animation Editor.
