Moon animator doesnt export animation at a framerate of 12

I am using moon animator to try and create a stylized animation that has a frame rate of 12 to try and emulate more of a movie artstyle instead of a game, however even though I have set my animation in moon editor at 12 fps when I export it and load it on the character it has 60 fps and not 12, I do not know what I can do to fix thix except using the constant easing style which is going to take a while to do, does anyone else know any other way around or to fix this?

I have found a way to fix this by importing the animation into the basic roblox animator, setting the framerate there and then selecting all the keyframes and setting all their easing styles to constant
