Moon animator export issue

so last night i did an idle animation for my roblox FPS game. and when i was in the game it was not accurate.

so i went into the default roblox animator and it is the same as i saw in my game. i’ve tried reinstailling moon but nothing seems to work

To export Moon Animator’s animations as a Roblox animation, follow these steps:

  1. On the Moon Animator GUI, click on “Item”.
  2. Click on “Export All”.
  3. Moon Animator should add your animation under ServerStorage. Simple retrieve the animation and you’re done!

not sure if its just me. but there is no “Export All” in Item

Sorry for the delayed response, but can you try to send a screenshot of what you’re seeing what you try to export an animation?

press 5 and see if that works idk

i’ve tried it, its just exporting but easier on moon

As far as I know, animations automatically save under Rigs when you make keyframes. You just need to find it in the Rig.

hm. is there any roblox studio updates that un-aware of? because the blender does the same when i import roblox animations

also do u mean blender or moon?, i tested moon again and it still doesnt work

i used both and they worked fine

hm, thats weird. it could be my mac, because it was also working days before it happened

im using my windows PC and its still happening. im conviced its a setting i enabled

same thing happening to me and im on windows and idk what to do

hey i know this is pretty old but. i think i have found a solution
so to deal with it is to ungroup the model. and then group it again (and setting the primary part to the root part like normal)

i think this happens due to the Scale of the Model not being “1”
