when i try to rotate the right arm, it rotates the left arm instead.

The issue might be with your welds, check what they’re welded to and if certain parts are possibly anchored to the workspace. If neither of these fixes the issue then try re-applying your Motor6D’s without anything welded together and see how Moon responds to those changes.
rewelded everything, nothing is anchored and yet the same thing happens.
you need a part named HumanoidRootPart in order to rig correctly, my god.
