Moon Animator plugin not showing up?

Hello, I have the moon animator plugin, and it has been working fine ever until today. For some reason, it won’t show up in my plugin bar.

But I clearly own it.

I have already tried the following
-Re installing the plugin
-Restarting the place
-Creating a new place
-Manage Plugins
