More consistent part property tools

As a Roblox developer, it is currently too difficult to find tools in the the edit category in the Studio ribbon bar. Some of these buttons have the option to be used as a point-and-click tool, or to apply in one click to the entire selection, but all of them are inconsistent about where their controls are located, or if they even exist.

The Home tab and the Model tab show different versions of this control-set, where Home omits the Surface selector for some reason.

The tool option for the Material and Color selectors are hidden away in this extremely tiny and easy to miss thing down here. There’s also no tool option for the Surface selector.

For some reason the Lock button has a dropdown that displays an option to use it as a tool, but that seems to be the only action for the button - there is no option to click this button to lock a selection, so this dropdown option doesn’t do anything meaningful. (There’s also no Lock All option which has been annoying in the past, requiring I write command bar code to lock my workspace.)

The Anchor button simply does not have a tool version, it only works on a selection. It would also be helpful if it included an Anchor/Unanchor All option.

If Roblox were to address this, developers would spend less time searching for these controls, their workflows would be improved with these controls being placed in more accessible locations, and new developers would find using these simple property changing tools more friendly (since they’d actually be able to find them).
