"More Records" not appearing

When viewing Transactions on anything other than purchases, the “More Records” button doesn’t appear.

Purchases page

Sales page

Commisions page

Ad Revenue page

Couldn’'t provide a Developer exchange one as I haven’t used it often enough for the more records button to be required.
