Code of Conduct

You can find all the information you need about our expectations and guidelines below. Depending on how serious the matter is, our community may permanently ban your account if you do not abide by all of the rules that are posted in-game. Any dishonest acts may be brought against a high-ranking team member with credible evidence.

Respect

  • Respect for one another is a must for members of our community, regardless of their status within it. We don’t tolerate any form of disrespect at all, and we reserve the right to ban you from our community if you engage in any actions that in any way represent general disrespect. You should never take charge and constantly pay attention to other people. Customers and employees should be treated equally; neither should be in a position of greater authority than the other. When playing our games, please be mature and use common sense to avoid superfluous scenarios or situations that are inappropriate for the younger audiences.

Attire:

  • We do have certain guidelines regarding the kinds of clothes, accessories, and other objects you can put on your character, even though we are lenient when it comes to personalizing your own image. It is anticipated that you will wear a suitable avatar when using any of our games or spaces. We do not accept rude communication, improper wording, etc. As a result, employees are required to wear the assigned uniform in specific locations.

Trolling and Exploiting:

  • These kinds of situations are not allowed in any of the Mosila games. You should never, ever consider bringing about any kind of corruption or disastrous occurrences. Our organization only supports this behavior when it comes to staff training sessions that instruct employees on how to deal with particular persons in these circumstances. If you see this conduct, please use our Community Server to report it to a member of our management team.
Rank Descriptions & Limitations

Restaurant Assistant (40)

  • As the first MR rank, their main duty is to handle any unethical behavior at the restaurant. Additionally, it allows them to select and evaluate possible new staff members for the restaurant.

Kitchen Supervisor (30)

  • The next MR rank can host shifts to keep the restaurant running, although they still have the same duties as a Restaurant Assistant.

Assistant Manager (25)

  • The second-to-last MR rank. They have the ability to promote new employees and monitor the group wall. They also get the power to prohibit players that abuse our game with this responsibility.

General Manager (15)

  • The last MR position has the same duties as an Assistant Manager, but they are now allowed to work for the remainder of their career at Mosila in a certain division. The two choices available to them are relations and recruitment.

Executive Assistant (12)

  • These people, who hold the first position on our HR team, must decide whether to join the department that will handle relations or recruitment. After joining the department of their choice, they must finish tasks and interact with other members of their team to make sure everything is operating as it should. The ability to oversee sessions comes along with this additional duty.

Corporate Board (6)

  • These people, who make up the second-to-last position on our HR team, are responsible for co-leading a department of their own choosing. In the event that the leader is not available, they make sure that everything is operationally operating. Along with this rank, our public announcements channel will now be able to receive announcements.

Board of Executives (2)

  • These people are the last in our HR team, thus their main responsibility is to lead the departments they have been assigned to. This is to make sure that everything in our organization is functioning properly and actively.

Every Vice President or higher is responsible for ensuring Mosila operates smoothly. They are in charge of development and the enforcement of new regulations.

Division Information

This section explains the distinctions between departments and teams in detail so that you can message the appropriate department if you have a question that needs to be answered. Additionally, we have a ticket system on our main server that guarantees that you will be assisted by the appropriate department by simply hitting a button.

Relations:
The Relations Department is in charge of attending to community events and our company’s affiliations. By managing our affiliates, they impose punishments and take other required action when a group disobeys or violates our rules. They oversee our community activities and concentrate on organizing enjoyable gaming evenings or competitions in which everyone in the community may take part and potentially win rewards.

Recruitment:
The MR team and recruiting procedure at our organization are the main areas of attention for the recruitment department. By managing our MR team, they impose consequences and take other required action when a team member disobeys or disregards our policies. They concentrate on holding applications and teaching new MR members our rights from wrongs by managing our recruitment process.
