Training Information
We invite you to begin your career at Moss Bakery daily. We offer many Training Times throughout the day, optimized for you.
Hibiscus Session
Our Hibiscus Session takes place daily at 12 AM HST. It offers Trainings for our LR Ranks, from Awaiting Training to Senior Barista.
This session is considered one of our Red Eye Sessions. Meaning it will occur through the night.
Pineapple Session
Our Pineapple Session is offered daily at 10 AM HST. It offers training for our Senior Baristas to Chief Baristas. Our Pineapple Session dives into a bit more detail than our other sessions.
This session is considered one of our Aloha Sessions. Meaning it occurs in the early morning or early evening.
Coconut Session
Our Coconut Session is offered to all of our LR Ranks once a week at 3 PM HST. Coconut Sessions are typically hosted on Fridays or Saturdays, however, it is up to the host to select a timeslot.
This session is considered one of our Beach Sessions. Meaning it is offered on a weekend.
Ocean Session
Our Ocean Session takes place daily at 6 PM HST. It offers training for our MR Ranks, from Moderation Team to Supervisor.
This session is considered one of our Aloha Sessions. Meaning it occurs in the early morning or early evening.
Shave Ice Session
Our Shave Ice Session takes place daily at 9 PM HST. It offers training for our Awaiting Training ranks. It provides rough information required to work with us.
This session is considered one of our Red Eye Sessions. Meaning it will occur through the night.
Flamingo Session
Our Flamingo Session takes place weekly at 10 AM HST. It offers training for our Internship Members, who are training to become MR’s. It goes in-depth with everything you need to know. Our Flamingo Sessions are typically hosted on weekends, however, once again, it is up to the host to claim a time slot.
This session is considered one of our Beach Sessions. Meaning it is offered on a weekend.
Sessions are not guaranteed to be hosted due to the size of our team, but we will try our best to host sessions daily for you.
Affiliation Information
At Moss Bakery, we are always looking to grow our partnerships! We offer a Partner Program for any interested groups. However, you must fit the requirements or have an exception made, which we frequently offer. Communications platforms that are eligible for our Partner Program include Discord, Guilded and TeamSpeak.
- Your group must boast over 125 members, this is to ensure you’re a reputable group.
- Your Communications Platform of choice must boast 10+ members, as we understand it is incredibly hard to grow these servers.
- Your group must relate to some form of roleplay. For example, cafe, juice bar, bank, etc.
- Army Groups are exempt from applying.
Like we said earlier, we are open to making exceptions and often do for active and tight-knit groups.
When you’re ready to partner with us we invite you to open a ticket on our communications server.

We get it! You have questions. And we’re here to answer them. If your questions aren’t answered here, feel free to ask them on the group wall, in our communications server or other forms of communication, whether that be directly or generally.
What if I get demoted?
Demotions aren’t something we’re happy to do, and we often feel very apologetic. However, if you get demoted, that means you’ve received over 3 strikes and are past the point of no return. We invite you to apply to work with us again at any time.
What if I need to report someone?
Moss Bakery has an advanced report system, and we understand you may need to report people once in awhile. This is why we have our Modcall Feature that will directly contact our Moderation Team. If you need to report something that happened in our Communications Server, we invite you to open a ticket and supply evidence.
What if someone is taking advantage of their Administrative Privileges?
Administrative Privileges are high ranking commands offered to most of our Corporate team. However, some people decide to take advantage of these and fling people, ban people, etc. This is not okay, and should be reported to us immediately along with proof.
When do MR Applications release?
We’re happy to see you’re interested in working with our MR Team! Applications are open for one month each quarter of the year. This means you will have four chances to work with our MR Team.

We believe everyone deserves a chance at promotions. That’s why, we’ve created a criteria for our employees to reference for promotions.
Use Grammar
Although it is not strictly required, we suggest using grammar, as this puts you in a better spot for a promotion.
Provide Assistance
Offering Assistance is a simple but handy way to earn promotions. Helping customers is all around good.
Be Honest
Honesty is one of our core values, and it’s important to us that our Employees are honest. Honesty is a must have for a promotion.
To be promoted, our Corporate team will hand out Promotion Points. These points can be traded in for promotions. These are not in-game points and you must be in our Communications Server to receive them. Promotion Point requirements will be given out upon request.
