Mouse Cursor Rubber Banding Issue

Since yesterday (Friday), my friends have been complaining of a mouse rubber banding issue. I don’t think this issue is related to any of my code, as it happens in multiple places with tools that are coded entirely differently.

Every now and then, specifically when doing a combination of holding right click, panning the camera, switching the tools, and firing, the mouse teleports 10-30 pixels. This issue can range from being largely imperceptible to the untrained eye to rapid spazzing.

My community is currently hosting a tournament, so this bug comes at a very inconvenient time for us.

Look closely at the cursor here.

In this one, my friend manually moves his mouse as soon as he switches to the red ball weapon, and then any mouse movements when he has the slingshot weapon equipped are a result of the bug.
