I couldn’t find any other place to post this so I’m posting it here.
My roblox studio has been bugging out today and I don’t know how to fix it. My cursos turns into that hand cursor and won’t let me select any parts or ui on screen. How do I fix this?
yeah… still happens to me and been happening for about a year whenever i go to “run” “play” or “play here” took me a couple months to figure out what fixed it.
if by any chance a mod or person with regular rank would submit a bug report that would be very nice.
Oh I didn’t realize that. Before it would automatically go back to the select tool.
Can anybody help with this different problem? So for one of my Ui’s I can select any part of the UI and move it freely but this other UI I have, I can’t select and move any part of that ui except the parent. I have to move it by using the properties tool or constantly scaling it until it’s in the position I want it to be in.

Roblox will only allow me to post videos under 10mb
its just a 5 second video right? other wise use clipchamp and shrink it to a lower quality format

check your roblox studio settings by clicking in the top left corner “file” then settings
I tried but nothing helped
can i see the ui’s properties? and idk maybe check your mouse or update studio/reinstall
The select tool only selects Parts / Instances. Not UI
The select tool helped me with the selecting parts part of the problem. Not being able to select the UI was because of soemthing else.
Have you tried remaking the UI? with new elements with fresh properties…
