Move arrows stopped responding to the orientation of a part

For some reason, the move arrows stopped responding to the orientation of a part

How can I fix it.
I need:

Press Ctrl+L to change the way you drag parts, between local and world root placement.

You can also right click on an object and switch it as well, it’ll be something like “Use local space” or “Use world space” and you must be using the move tool.

(Not sure what the mac shortcut is)
