Okay! We will begin with regulations.
Cafe Regulations
This is for everyone to read over before joining any type of shifts or sessions, this must be required for all Staff to overview.
Not discovering as following the regulations will result as some further consequences in the future.
- Respect our community.
As you obtain to stay in our group, you must be respectful to everyone no regardless what specific rank they have.
This also requires you to be complementary no matter in what situation you are currently experiencing.
Not leading to follow this rule will have a punishment in role.
- Language Actions
As you are in the cafe, you must use appropriate language to obtain to stay in our wonderful community.
Speaking inappropriately is not provided anywhere in our community.
We monitor chatlogs and getting caught by using foul language will result into further consequences.
- Trolling
When you are in our cafe, you must follow to never do this action in-game.
Our MR/HR monitor our servers with great lead and respect, if you are caught doing this abusive action
You will be informed to have a warning.
- Spamming
While in-game at our community, spamming is strictly against our moderation and is followed to never do this action.
Spamming will have you immediately banned from any game.
- Dress Code
When in-game, our Dress Code is taken strictly and is always supposed to be dressed professionally.
In any game we posses in our group, you must always be wearing a shirt and pants.
Women are allowed to wear pants that overlap their ROBLOX torso package.
Wearing 5+ hats is not allowed and you will be informed to only wear 3 hats in-game.
- Exploiting/Glitching
As a member of our community, exploiting is strictly forbidden and never supposed to be discovered.
This action will lead to a permanent ban.
- Bypassing
As also included, bypassing the ROBLOX chat filter is strictly forbidden and never to be discovered in any way form.
This action will be a permanent ban with no warnings.
- Abusive Capital Letters
As a member of our group, you are never allowed to abuse caps.
This is discovered as yelling and will be taken strictly if have been seen. This action will be a warning.
We will now move onto Staff Regulations.
Staff Regulations
This regulation is for LR+ to read only, all LR+ must be informed to read the following regulations below.
Or consequences will occur in the future.
Not respecting these rules will be a demotion or fire depending on not following these rules.
Grammar Policy
As a Staff Member, you must follow to use grammatical sentences at all times.
This action is for understandable and for professionalism. Any failure to not follow this action will be resulted as a demotion.
Admin Abusing
As obtaining to be a Staff Member, Admin Abusing is never supposed to be discovered.
And this action will be immediately set as a demotion.
Rank Hinting
As of having your wonderful rank as a Staff Member, you must NEVER hint your rank.
This will immediately will be set as a demotion warning. (MAX DEMOTION WARNINGS: 2)
Activity
As of being a Staff Member, you must always be active no matter what.
Our MR/HR expect as much activeness as possible for if you want to lead for a promotion.

STAFF ASSISTANT

The expectations for Staff Assistant is to be moderating the servers, as of, looking for Senior Baristas that could have a promotion. In addition, Staff Assistants can only attend interviews, and trainings etc. Staff Assistants also get the MOD commands, they must use this command responsibly. Including, to get a promotion for a Staff Assistant, you must be hard working in all matters. Your activity should also improve.

SUPERVISING TEAM

As a Supervising Team, you are required to always be active in interviews and trainings, no matter what, they are now capable of obtaining 2nd Improved Roles. Including of this responsibility, they also obtain the “ban” command, this command must be used responsibly and carefully, abusing this command will be resulted as a pban, and you may not appeal.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

As a Management Team, you now have capability to change lower ranks then you, as of knowing your fully accessible of obtaining this professional rank. As of getting the ability to manage role-sets, you must take this command very seriously, abusing this command will rank you back to SB, or depending on how much harmful your abuse was. You also have the capability to host interviews and trainings, (not meetings) as of, you must always be using our official guide (guide can be found on the discord on channel “Guides”) using other guides is not allowed and if you do use other guides (not our official groups guide) you will not have the privilege to host interviews/trainings unless you appeal.

As a, Administration Team, you now have the privilege to have the “kick” command on the group admin, you also get the in-game admin; Admin. These admin powers must be taken very seriously and responsibly, not using these commands as expected will be resulted as a demotion.

Staff Dress Code
As we get farther into our Staff Expectations, we now have a MR+ dress code.
Below is what MR+ Dress Code formal wear.
- You must be wearing at least no package at all.
This is because our HR team has discovered MR+ wearing packages that aren’t appropriate like RTHRO, this package is not professional and will not be accepted. - You must always be wearing a shirt that doesn’t have words, brand words like Adidas, Off The Wall, etc are allowed other words are not.
- You must wear at least shirt and pants in any shift/session, women are allowed to wear pants the only condition is that the pants must overlap the ROBLOX torso package.
- You must wear at least 3 hats or less, any hats more is not allowed.
- Any face, gears, hats, etc that cover your ROBLOX head is not allowed, this action will be taken seriously.
We will now move onto shift introductory.
As an MR+, you are now allowed to attend the full session of interviews and you are now required to interview an applicant.
This is also required to have |)iscord, dis-appealing to not have |)iscord will have your rank a LR.
KICKING:
People who you must kick are; players with III warnings. (And that’s pretty much it)
BANNING:
People who you must ban are; Glitchers (no warnings needed), spammers (no warnings needed), users who have been kicked II times and have gotten III warnings after, people with continuous disrespect, and people who cause drama.
P-BANNING:
People who you must p-ban are; Violators of Roblox Terms of Service, mass spammers, exploiters, blacklisted people, and non-stop glitchers.
